Before cutting, the efficient Laser Marking assigns a unique ID to every glass

 

Can print 3C, QR codes, logos, and others at any position according the orders

 

The cutting machine works as per the optimization packages generated by the ERP.

 

After breaking table, each glass is identified by CCD, and QR code is uploaded to ERP

  

  

Glasses enter Horizontal Sorting System, coordinating the production rhythm of cutting and edging.

Facilitates the optimization of edging sequence :Reorganize glass output logics based on glass type, size, and thickness.

 

After the glass exits the sorting system it automatically enters the corresponding double-edger machine based on instructions from the MES system.

90-degree Rotation Table: Determines the rotation of glass based on MES algorithm

The glasses complete pre batching before entering the horizontal sorting system.

 

Ladder #1 transfers glasses into the 35th floor horizontal sorting system

 

As per the glass size, multiple pieces can be stored on the same layer to achieve optimal storage efficiency.

 

Glass do the precise final batching table by X/Y/Z 3-dimensional layout according to optimized patterns，achieve different sizes biggest loading capacity.

 

The final batching table optimizes the arrangement of different glass sizes, like a game of Tetris, to achieve the highest loading efficiency.

 

Based on max tempering loading capacity or order priority or quality priority, MES accurately calculates glass layout

 

Glasses go into tempering furnace

 

Glass is scanned again by CCD before entering the Vertical Glass Sorting System

 

Glass will enter the Vertical Sorting System for the IGU pairing

 

Supports flipping multiple glass sheets of different sizes at once, improving production efficiency.

 

According to order requirements, MES system assists in sorting glass in different slots

 

Each slot can load multi glasses, enhancing storage efficiency.

 

Efficient and smooth shuttle conveying enhances the speed of IGU pairing

 

Shuttle cars #2 delivers the paired glass to IG lines.

 

 

During idle periods, shuttle cars #1 & #2 can also reorganize the glasses in the sorting crates.

The 90-degree rotating conveyor sequentially transfers the paired glass panels into the IG line, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyance process.
