FUNCTIONAL AREA OF SOLAR GLASS PRODUCTION PLANT

Normally in a SOLAR GLASS PRODUCTION PLANT, it is divided into six function areas according to the production function of each building:

  • Production area of photovoltaic glass
  • Production area of raw material
  • Power supply area
  • Fuel zones
  • Auxiliary production zones
  • Office and living zones

The photovoltaic glass production area is located in the central and southern parts of the factory area, serving as the main body of the entire plant. The main buildings and structures in this functional area are arranged from east to west as follows: desulfurization and dust removal system, waste heat power station, chimney, rolling glass production workshop, cullet system, photovoltaic glass processing workshop, and finished product warehouse.

The raw material production area is arranged in the north of the factory area, located on the north side of the rolling glass production workshop. The main buildings and structures in this functional area are arranged from east to west as follows: workshop substation, mixing room, belt gallery between raw material workshop and melting section, sand warehouse, raw material workshop, comprehensive raw material warehouse, and cullet warehouse.

The power supply zone is arranged in the southeast of the factory area, located on the south side of the rolling glass production workshop. The main buildings and structures in this functional area are arranged from east to west as follows: power station cooling water system, rolling glass recycling water station, air compression station, workshop substation, machine repair workshop, diesel power station, and main substation in the factory area.

The fuel zone is arranged in the northeast of the factory area, located near the glass furnace of rolling glass production workshop. The main buildings and structures in this functional area are arranged from east to west as follows: oil tank area, oil unloading facilities, and oil pump room.

The subsidiary production area is arranged in the north of the factory area, located on the north side of the photovoltaic glass processing workshop. The main buildings and structures in this functional area are arranged from east to west as comprehensive warehouse, hazardous chemicals warehouse, hazardous waste warehouse, and packaging material workshop.

The office and living area are arranged in the west of the factory area, located on the west side of the Glass finished product warehouse. The main buildings and structures in this functional area are arranged from north to south as follows: dormitory building, canteen, and office building.

There are iron fences walls around the factory area. There are two stainless steel electric gates on the south and east sides of the factory area, with the east gate serving as the entrance for raw materials and fuel, and the south gate serving as the exit for finished products.

There are circular roads around each main production workshop to meet production transportation and fire protection requirements.

The road design in the factory area is urban type, with concrete pavement used for the road surface; The width of the main road in the factory area is 12 meters and 10 meters, and the width of the secondary road is 8 meters and 7 meters.

In order to protect and improve the environment, purify the air, reduce noise, and create a comfortable workplace for employees, all available spaces are planted with trees, lawns, and flowers.

The roadside trees on both sides of the road, and a multi-level roadside green belt composed of various trees and flowers on both sides of the main road. The main entrances and exits are decorated with shrubs and flowers with good ornamental and beautifying effects.

Planting trees that can adsorb dust and increasing the greening layer around the production workshop that generates dust, in order to purify the air and beautify the environment.
